~UMDF Walk 2012~

Our walk yesterday was a complete success.

This is going to be mostly pics and a 

BIG HUGE THANK YOU

to those of you who made pledges that not

only helped us reach our goal but surpass it!

TEAM ASHLEE raised about $650.

We know times are tight for so many right now

and we cannot express how much the gesture

 It was a perfect day; surrounded with people

we love, perfect weather and a beautiful park to enjoy.

 After the walk we had a picnic in the park

and celebrated my Mom's upcoming birthday.

 Susie and I moved this B.F.T. (that's slang for a real big table)

all by ourselves......sort of.

 Mom turned "66" not "69". 

They only had one "6" candle so Susie 

figured "9" would be an appropriate alternative for Mom. 

In the hopes that someday there will be a cure.....

we will continue to do this each year for you Sissy.
